Tickets are now on sale for our November open day. In addition to our usual displays and activities, we will also have memorial boards around the Lock-up to remember the lives of all the police officers from across the West Midlands who joined the Armed Forces and lost their lives during or as a result of WWI and WWII.
These officers will also be remembered for the first time in one place on our new digital Roll of Honour, which also displays a photograph of the officer when one could be located.
Join us in paying tribute to these brave men and also see our new women in policing display which highlights the pioneer female officers who joined the police forces of the West Midlands during WWI.
Evening tickets are available on the below link. The evening tour includes a talk on policing during World War 1 and a chance to have a look round the building and read the stories of the men who died:
