Today marks three year's since Dave Cross sadly lost his battle with cancer. We decided to take a look back and remember Dave's valuable contribution to the museum. After setting it up at Sparkhill alongside Charlie Elworthy, Dave then retired and became the curator of the museum - running it for a further 15 years before stepping down again. But he remained involved with the museum right up to the end. For all the time and effort he dedicated to preserving the history of policing in the West Midlands, whilst safeguarding and growing our valuable collection, we thank him.
