We are also hosting another police strike commemorative event on Monday 16th September as part of Birmingham Heritage Open Days where you can see our strike exhibition and find about more about the historic events of the police strikes of 1918 and 1919:
Our new book Out of the Blue which tells the story of the police strike and those who took part in it in Birmingham is available to purchase at any of these events or online at WMPeelers.com/shop (all proceeds go towards the relocation of the police museum to the Steelhouse Lane Lock-up).
